Kylie is a knowledgeable political professional who has worked in various roles with the federal government. She brings to NorthStar varied experiences in public policy, project management, strategic planning and operations. She has been a trusted advisor to federal Cabinet ministers, including most recently to the President of the Treasury Board, where she spent three years becoming well versed in the functioning of the federal government and developed an innate ability to successfully navigate often complex bureaucratic systems in search of real solutions. Kylie has experience working on a wide range of files, including those related to health, immigration, public safety, employment, and digital policy. She has also worked on multiple federal Liberal Party campaigns.

Though born in Southern Ontario, Kylie spent nine years of her life living in Saskatoon, where she attended the University of Saskatchewan. She brings a unique regional perspective to the work that she does, understanding the diverse needs of clients from different regions of the country. Now calling Ottawa home, Kylie can be found spending her time outside of work with her husband and son.
