Siera Draper is a public affairs professional based in Ottawa, where she helps clients navigate Canada’s political and policy landscape across a range of sectors. She brings expertise in government relations, stakeholder engagement, communications strategy, digital advocacy, event planning, industry research, and project coordination.

Siera supports clients seeking to influence public policy, secure or renew government funding, and adapt to shifting political environments. She has contributed to several notable successes, including establishing a federal interdepartmental working group on a complex issue and advancing high-value funding requests through federal channels.

Her work often involves developing targeted briefing materials, preparing clients for engagement with senior government officials, including parliamentary committee appearances, and coordinating consultations or advocacy days on Parliament Hill. She is a trusted point of contact on files requiring sustained political outreach and frequently leads or supports direct engagement with ministerial offices, political staff, and departmental officials.

With more than five years of government relations and political experience, Siera previously worked for the Speaker of the Senate, where she advised on international and interparliamentary affairs. She is a member of the Government Relations Institute of Canada (GRIC) and holds a Master’s in Political Management and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Global Politics from Carleton University.
